Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website and promotional materials are in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT or other taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice. However, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed by us.

Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website or via any other method approved by us, you are making an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms.



Order Confirmation
Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation detailing the products ordered, pricing, and expected delivery times. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it merely acknowledges receipt.



Acceptance of Order
A binding contract is formed only once your payment has been processed successfully, and we have dispatched the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

Returns
This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, hygiene, and safety of our skincare and bath items. In case you notice damage to the parcel in the presence of a courier, please take photos of the damages and refuse to accept it. If the parcel is not damaged and you want to return it, you can do so within 14 days of the date you received it as long as it has not been opened. Please note that returns are only possible for the entire parcel and we can only accept returns in original unopened packaging. Returned products have to remain unused, in the condition they were received, and in their original box and/or packaging. It is not possible to return the items that have been opened, tested, swatched or used.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@kokabeauty.com with your order number and full name. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and box, unopened. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for external use only. We disclaim any liability for
adverse reactions arising from misuse or application contrary to product instructions and guidelines. All Koka Health and Koka Beauty branding, images, logos, product names, and trademarks used on our website or promotional materials remain the property of Koka Health & Well-Being Ltd. You are not granted any right or license to use these marks without our prior written consent.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures to fulfil our obligations if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, pandemics, or disruptions in transportation).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” By continuing to purchase or use our services after any amendments, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 48 hours . During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may be extended.

Delivery

Delivery times vary based on your location within the UK and the shipping method selected at checkout. We do not currenly ship internationally. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee it. Delays can occur due to external factors, including but not limited to postal strikes, customs inspections, or inclement weather.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly stated at checkout. Delivery charges may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of your order. 

Risk and Title

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment, including shipping fees. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you upon delivery.
